so today i swam 100 laps, mixing up the strokes, for an hour straight. i had breathing breaks between but i didn’t stop.
then just now, i did 1 minute wall sits, for 5 minutes. i lifted weights, about 3, maybe 5 pounds, for 5 minutes. then i did wrist weights for 5 minutes. then i did knee highs for 4 minutes. i also did 3 minutes of side crunches. and some butt exercises because i love my butt.
basically, i pushed myself very hard today. and two days ago i did a 20 minute run in the morning, then only swam like 18 laps. either way, i’m doing good. i weighed myself two days ago as well. i lost 6 lbs since the day i started (july 7th).
i found an inspiration to keep doing the exercise when things start to burn. i used to like the boy, a shit load. two of them actually, but i only use one of as an example. anyways, the first boy was so so mean to me. guesss why? BECAUSE I’M FAT. the second boy talked shit about me to my best friend and he told me the first boy liked me, which made him hate me even more. so now, when i want to stop the exercise, i think, “DO IT FOR HIM. DO IT TO FLAUNT YOUR HOT BODY IN FRONT OF HIM. DO IT SO HE’LL DUMP HIS GIRLFRIEND FOR YOU. DO IT SO YOU CAN HOOK UP WITH HIM. DO IT TO GET WITH HIM. DO IT TO TORTURE HIM. TEASE HIM WITH YOUR BODY. DO IT SO HE’LL WONDER WHAT MADE YOU DO IT. then tell him to fuck off when he wants you.” idk i’m pretty complicated. but so far it’s working.
basically, when it burns, close your eyes or look outside at a window. breathe very deeply, in the through the nose and out through the mouth. think of the boy or girl you want. say their name repeatedly in your head. say things like, “do it for him,” or “do it so those fantacies will come true.” encouraging things. hold that rep. do it to show them what they couldn’t have. and now if they really want you because you’re hot and skinny, they’re going to have to do a lot more than just asking you out.
i also had a scoop of 'ice cream’ before my workout.
ingredients: fat free half and half cream and a frozen fruit of your choice (my favorite’s strawberry and blueberry!).
1) put 2 cups of cream in the blender.
2) pulse it for 2 seconds 5 times.
3) make sure it’s thick and creamy. put the frozen fruit in the blender. be plentiful! more fruit should be visible than cream.
4) ice crush for 5 seconds and blend for 10 seconds. check consistency.
once the consistency is to what you desire, enjoy! you can eat as much as you can burn off in calories because this happens to be a fat free and added sugar free dessert! the only sugar is in the fruit and the cream doesn’t have that many calories (maybe 10-15 per serving).
